Complexity-based scoring: Points = Approved Hours × Rate. Complex work (Audit, Tax Audit, Appeals, Advisory, Notice replies, Finalization etc.) = 12 pts/hr. Routine & Office work (ITR, GST returns, TDS, Bookkeeping, Engagement letters, Admin work etc.) = 6 pts/hr. Training = 2 pts/hr. Descriptions under 20 chars: 50% rate. Over 50 chars: +10% bonus. Full-week streak: +20 pts. Rejection penalty: −5 pts each (from 21 May 2026). Daily cap: 9 hrs.

Auto-Rejection Rules
Rules run automatically when a member saves an entry. Triggered entries are rejected instantly with a system remark visible to the member.
How it works: When a member saves a diary entry, all active rules are checked. If any rule triggers, the entry is saved but immediately set to Rejected with an auto-generated remark explaining why. The member is notified and can use their free-edit to fix it. Partners can disable any rule at any time.
